Win in your mind before you set foot out the door to go to war, remember? Visualization is a great way to do that.
It's also a powerful recapitulation exercise at the end of the day to help you wind down, eradicate regret, and position yourself to sleep with lessons, insights, and wins. Instead of going to bed stressed about all the horrible shit that happened to you.
