If you're like me; you're no fan of the cold.
I believe that falls to most people as well. The facts behind it? Spring cleaning is a thing: suggests people don't stay on top of their biz in the cold weather.
The summer push for weight loss suggests people let themselves go during the winter - or they don't even try!
I could go on, but I gather you get the point.
What does it mean to me? Simple: we all struggle with being consistent in different ways, perhaps even different times, with some commonalities.
Personally until recently I also struggled with being consistent towards my goals during the winter, but the secret wasn't hard to uncover:
Set micro goals. You're not getting outside and active? Great - double down on moving every hour at a minimum.
60-90 minute workouts feel like a burden? Good - break them up into smaller sessions which fit into your lifestyle a bit better.
